“Over the last few years we have utilised Brian in a number of key roles both in training delivery, coaching and coaching assessment for client work. This includes both offshore, onshore onsite and remotely delivered environments. Brian’s flexibility to help support us and thus the client’s requirements has enabled DEKRA to meet client expectations. During the COVID pandemic Brian supported us in training delivery of short motivational and educational training workshops focusing on Situational Awareness. This was for a large-scale maritime company. This led to continued work and collaboration with this client due to the engagement and value add we provide. We have also utilised Brian in face to face training room workshops focusing on various behavioural safety concepts and topics which again have enabled us to educate and engage through the quality of trainers like Brian. We have also utilised Brian in client work as a behavioural safety coach to undertake a mini assessment which will be used as part of a larger coaching delivery programme to enhance and improve safety practices and attitudes within a client organisation.
